Development of single-cell measurement and analysis tools

We work on developing new single-cell measurement and analysis tools.  For example, our custom single-cell measurement device called “dynamics cytometer” allows us to measure long-term single-cell dynamics and lineage trees that span over a hundred cellular generations and to perform the statistics of “cell histories”. We are also developing the new method that provides high-dimensional intracellular molecular dynamics data from single living cells.
